I'm trying to help put together a report…..for safety.  I understand that there are some corrective actions…….that happened recently???  Can you please help me out and let me know what the status of the action(s) is/are???

I’m not your BFF.  Let’s lose the exclamation points, 4 of the question marks, the (s) and the /.  Where did you go to school? Don’t they teach kids how to write a letter anymore?  A few specifics about which incident you are talking about would have been nice.  How about timing?  When do you need it this week, next week, tomorrow?

No you don’t.  You are obviously annoyed that I didn’t drop everything and immediately respond to your email.  Your deadline is not my emergency.  Are the exclamation points supposed to convey importance and urgency?  All I’m getting is that you’re a ditz.  Have you not considered that I may have to get information from someone else?  I did and hoping to forestall more chirpiness, I called my guy, got the info and emailed it back.
